As your coach and mentor, my role is to listen, guide, and empower you to find the answers within yourself, create a safe space to make you feel comfortable and help untangle the knots, peel back the layers and obstacles that may be weighing you down in your life. 

My work helps you break free from what society and others believe you should do and shifts the focus back to you, revealing your power within, allowing you to release the blocks that have been holding you back, while deepening your trust and connection to your intuition, as you confidently take the aligned actions to move you forward toward your goals and desires.

You will gain deeper clarity, direction, and confidence to navigate career dynamics, heal relationships, fulfill your desires and greater purpose in life as the healthiest, happiest, and most fulfilled version of yourself.

My approach combines an immersive blend of tools, and modalities paired with my own intuitive gifts, somatic techniques, subconscious reprogramming, spiritual life coaching, personal experience, and practical exercises tailored to your unique needs and personal growth journey.

I am intuitively led to hold space for each and every client in a completely unique way, based on your own needs, dreams and desires -- and the edges you are personally coming up against that are keeping you from having it all.

Hi, I’m Nicole! Mama, Wife, Certified Life + Mindset Coach, Master NLP Practitioner

I have been in your shoes. I’ve woken up feeling stuck, frustrated, tried all the “things’ but nothing ever seemed to “work”, ready for more but unsure of how or what was next until I started doing the work to understand what was really going on…

For the majority of my life, I checked all the boxes I was “supposed to”, attend university, climb the corporate ladder, buy the house, get married… until I started to realize the “perfect” life I was living, wasn’t the one I dreamed of. This was the catalyst for me to rewrite my story, reclaim my power, redesign my life and create a life I love waking up to. 

Now through my expertise as a Certified Life Coach, Master Practitioner in Subconscious Reprogramming and my own unique Intuitive gifts paired with my personal transformative journey, I empower and support other ambitious women to confidently step into their purpose, tap into their inner power and breakthrough all the limiting beliefs holding them back from truly living the abundant freedom life they desire and are destined for!

Prior to starting with Nicole, my life was in a constant panic. I was always anxious and constantly living in fear of all things. I closed my true self off and would hide behind a screen because I didn’t feel like I was good enough or was valued. When opportunities would arise, I would had been excited but then through self doubt would get myself out of situations. I didn’t advocate for myself and I always feared the worst in things.
